These PTE PTC PTR PTD type of sites are a waste of your time, especially if an adult.
This one has been going for ages though, but the whole Paid To Read industry is dogged by scam sites that
promise riches, but fail to deliver. The favourite (favorite for the Yanks) trick is to delete your account
near payout time due to some real or more commonly, imaginary/false accusation of cheating or breaking the
site's terms.
I am not saying that InboxDollars is one of these, inded I would be surprised if OfefrsQuest would tolerate them
on their affiliate site if they were, but just giving a general warning.
If you are young, not allowed to work or earn from those survey sites that do pay adults or even children for
taking surveys, then if you have a PayPal account, (and how can you if you are under 18???) then PTR sites might
be the only ones you can join.
I still say it would not be worth your while.
In case you do try this, see this site for more warnings and information!

Instead, get Dad (note the sexist assumption that Mum is a technophobe, a truism that none of my wife's female friends
have helped dispel, except Charmaine, who truly knows how to use computers to their full advantage) to buy a domain for you,
get Google Adsense and some affiliate ads on it, and write about some hobby dear to your heart.
My kids have Runescape sites.
